WELCOME TO CONSISTENCY CHALLENGE
Duration: January 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025

Challenge: Exercise every day! Commit to at least 15 minutes of physical activity—weights, walking, running, cycling, swimming, yoga, Zumba, or any other form of exercise you enjoy.
Structure: Six days of exercise per week, with one rest day. Miss two consecutive sessions, and you’ll restart from Day 1 to keep the consistency strong.
